  • 12 piecesSmall wooden skewers

Thread one cherry tomato onto a wooden skewer, followed by a mozzarella ball, and then a basil leaf. Repeat this pattern, adding another tomato, mozzarella, and basil, until the skewer is filled but leaves enough space to handle. Aim for two tomatoes, two mozzarella balls, and two basil leaves per skewer.

Arrange the assembled Caprese skewers neatly on a serving platter. Drizzle the balsamic glaze evenly over all the skewers just before serving.
