  • 425 grams, rinsed and drainedCanned cannellini beans
  • 4 cupsVegetable broth
  • 140 grams, roughly choppedFresh spinach
  • 1.5 cups, halved (optional)Cherry tomatoes

    In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
