  • 2 piecesBell peppers

    Pat the paneer cubes dry with paper towels. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the paneer cubes and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the paneer from the skillet and set aside.

    Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the same skillet. Add the sliced bell peppers, red onion, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

    Add the grated ginger, minced garlic, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and red chili powder (if using) to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
